An alloy of special composition that ensures the maximum possible wear resistance. The elevated hardness ensures the highest quality of cutting, reducing costs as well as interruptions.

Technical information:

- It can produce up to 100 million labels, depending on the type of material, before requiring a re-sharpening
- Cutting die’s height 60 mm – 145 mm
- The steel crown can be replaced. The existing aluminum base can be saved and re-used, reducing the costs of a complete re-making.
- Possibility of using counter-pressure plate.
