Type-h steel (hard)

Cutting die with aluminum base and replaceable steel crown. H-steel is a highly performing material, since this type of tool remarkably increases quantities in comparison with traditional cutting dies.

Technical Information:

- It can produce up to 15 million labels, depending on the material, before requiring a re-sharpening
- Cutting die’s height 60 mm – 145 mm
- The steel crown can be replaced using the same or a different quality of steel. The existing aluminum base can be saved and re-used, reducing the costs of a complete re-making
- Possibility of using counter-pressure plate.
